The Club has received an allocation of 3840 tickets and 15 wheelchair bays and a number of tickets for ambulant supporters.
From this allocation, the following groups will receive tickets for this match: Season Ticket Members, Seasonal Hospitality Members, Owner, Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players, Club Partners, and the Man City Supporters Club.
IMPORTANT Ticket Information
The name of the supporter who has purchased the match ticket will be written on the front of the ticket. Once the name has been written on the ticket, it cannot be altered in anyway as this will render the ticket invalid for use.
Supporters are advised that on the night of the match, Real Madrid stewards will check that the name on the ticket matches that of the supporter who has purchased the ticket. Photo identification (passport) will therefore be requested to validate the name of the respective supporter and to allow entry into the stadium. Supporters must provide their passport number at point of purchase, which will be shared with UEFA to meet their requirements. Supporters will need to input their passport number in order to purchase match tickets and cannot complete their transaction without it.
All tickets purchased must be correctly allocated to the travelling supporter and you must not purchase a ticket on your account to pass on to another supporter. This will result in supporters failing to gain access to the stadium. In addition to this no duplicate tickets will be issued so it’s important to keep your ticket safe at all times.

Similar to previous seasons, Season Ticket Members on the UEFA Competition Scheme aged between 18 and 25 years old (based on supporter’s age on 1st August 2023) can purchase from an exclusive allocation of away match tickets on the first day of sale.
However, for the 2023/24 season, to help improve the purchase journey, the Club will assign the 5% allocation for 18–25-year-olds to a specific block in the away section.
Fans with the necessary ticket points to be able to buy in the first window will be excluded from this allocation and can select a seat in a location of their choosing.

The club will be providing an Official Day Trip Travel Package for our Champions League Quarter Final match against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on Tuesday 9th April.
The package priced at £360 per person will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis, and will go on sale at 10 am Friday 22nd March. Supporters can purchase the travel package at the same time as a match ticket.
Places on the Sportsworld travel package are available for all Season Ticket Members on the UEFA Cup Scheme however the purchase of the flight does not guarantee you a match ticket.
Should you purchase a travel package and not secure a match ticket, a refund for the flight will be available.

The Club has received an allocation of 15 wheelchair bays and an allocation of seating for ambulant disabled supporters. Qualifying supporters will also be allocated a complimentary personal assistant seat, should they be eligible. Qualifying disabled supporters can purchase online as follows.
Wheelchair Users – simply log in to your online account, select the ‘wheelchair section’ and you will be allocated the best available position.
Ambulant Disabled – once logged in to your account, select the block you would like to sit in, and you will be allocated the best available seats.
When purchasing wheelchair bays online, select the quantity as one ticket, as this will also allocate the personal assistant to the basket. Within the basket, you can then change the owner of the second ticket to your personal assistant.

Remain in the seat that you have purchased.
Keep your ticket with you at all times.
Do not block the aisles or gangways.
Do not smoke. The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke bombs is strictly prohibited
Entry to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club. The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.
All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2023-24 Away Match Terms and Conditions of Sale and the applicable Ground Regulations of the opposing team.
It is important to note that tickets cannot be returned for this fixture.
Away match FAQs
If you have not received your away match ticket on the last working day before the match, please contact Fan Support by calling +44 (0)161 444 1894 and we will arrange a ticket for collection at the away ground.
The ticket must be collected by the owner of the ticket with photo ID.
Fans who have an arranged collection will be sent information of how to collect their ticket.
Supporters must meet the sales criteria that are published 3-4 weeks prior to the fixture date here.

Criteria for away match tickets for the 2024/25 Season are released approximately 4 weeks in advance of the match.
Tickets are available to purchase online or over the phone* on +44 (0)161 444 1894. Tickets are sold subject to qualifying criteria.
Supporters who are registered as disabled with the Club as disabled are able to purchase tickets online or by calling the Access Team +44 (0)161 444 1894.
*Please note, that tickets purchased over the phone will incur a booking fee of £2.50. Our match ticket phone line is open from 9:30am-5:15pm, Monday to Sunday.
Supporters purchasing tickets online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid Supporter Number before they can log into their account online.
If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here, and clicking ‘My Account’.
There is a limited allocation for juniors to purchase at the same time as a qualifying adult. At the point where the adult qualifies, they can also purchase one junior ticket regardless of the junior’s ticket point status.
Once this limited allocation has been sold, no further tickets will be available, and all junior supporters must then qualify in their own right to purchase an away ticket.
Tickets for away matches will be dispatched via Royal Mail approximately 10 days before the match and will be sent to the lead supporter in the transaction.
If we receive our ticketing allocation for our fans for an away match as mobile tickets, these will be emailed approximately 5 days before the match.
You will not receive ticket points for away match tickets.
