Speaking about City’s attitude, she said: “I think that is huge. It can’t be underestimated, I think in every single game, keep pushing to the very, very end.
“It’s that collective belief and that drive that the opponents know that we’re never going to stop.
“It’s something massive that hopefully we can have in every game this season.”
“I think we can take a lot of lessons from it. I’m glad that we fought to get back in it at the end and we can definitely build on that.”

Charles also admitted she’s loving life in Manchester so far after her summer move from Chelsea.
The defender enjoyed a hugely successful spell Stamford Bridge but decided to move to City after six years with the Blues.
It’s still early days for the full-back, but she’s thoroughly enjoyed her first few weeks at the Joie Stadium.

She added: “I’m really enjoying it. I think I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the players.
“There are unbelievable players and people here, the staff as well, the set up.
“So, I’m finding my feet, it’ll take a while, but I’ve really enjoyed my first few weeks so far.”
