Get in the mood for today's WSL derby at the Etihad Stadium with some of the City squad's pre-match music choices...

Kick-off is set for 12:30 (UK), with City aiming for a third win over our rivals this season.

In November 2023, goals from Jill Roord, Lauren Hemp and Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw secured a memorable 3-1 win over United at Old Trafford.

It was Marc Skinner’s side’s first-ever defeat at the stadium, with the victory also the first of City’s current run of ten straight wins in the WSL.

Two months later and a 2-1 win at the Joie Stadium saw City progress into the Continental Cup knockout stages at the expense of United on the ten-year anniversary of our women’s team’s professional relaunch.

But with a chance for City to return to the top of the WSL table in front of a bumper crowd at the Etihad Stadium, Saturday’s showdown promises to be yet another exciting occasion for Gareth Taylor‘s side.
