Kennedy’s City story so far in pictures

Alanna Kennedy has signed a new two-year deal at Manchester City, committing her future to the Club until 2025.

The defender switched to the Academy Stadium from Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the 2021/22 season and claimed her first piece of silverware for Gareth Taylor’s side in the form of the Continental Cup in March 2022.

In total, the centre-back has made 29 appearances in sky blue so far, scoring once.

An important member of the squad, supporters have come accustomed to her strong displays and colossal ability on the ball at the heart of our defence.

And while her season has been cut short by injury, the Australian is sure to achieve plenty more during the next two years at the City Football Academy.
