Manchester City’s Barclays Women’s Super League meeting with West Ham United has been altered for live television coverage in the United Kingdom.

Gareth Taylor’s side will now lock horns with the Hammers at the Joie Stadium on Sunday 21 April, with kick-off scheduled for 14:15 (UK).

And the clash will be broadcast in Great Britain on the BBC.

It represents the first time City will have faced Rehanne Skinner’s side since our fine 2-0 victory in October’s reverse fixture on the opening day of the season.

On that occasion, second-half goals from Lauren Hemp and Jill Roord secured the success at the Chigwell Construction Stadium.

Since then, City have been embroiled in a fierce title race with only goal difference keeping us from the WSL’s summit.

West Ham, meanwhile, are looking to preserve their top-flight status across the business end of the term.
