Manchester City’s Barclays Women’s Super League clash with Arsenal has been selected for live TV coverage in the United Kingdom.

Gareth Taylor’s side will now welcome the Gunners to the Joie Stadium on Sunday 5 May, with kick-off scheduled for 14:15 (UK).

And the meeting will be broadcast in Great Britain on the BBC.

The fixture represents the third time we will have faced Jonas Eidvall’s side in 2023/24 following November’s reverse fixture at Meadow Park and our FA Cup trip to north London in February.

It also signals our final match at the Joie Stadium this term as we relentlessly battle for the WSL title.

Approaching our final four league games of the season, City sit at the division’s summit having collected 46 points from 18 matches – although we have played an extra game than second-placed Chelsea.

Arsenal, meanwhile, are aiming to cement their place in top three by the season’s end and therefore qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
