Khiara Keating has withdrawn from the England squad for their upcoming Euro 2025 qualifiers to manage a knee injury.

The 19-year-old has now returned to the City Football Academy to work with the Club’s medical staff.

She had originally been named as one of three goalkeepers in a 23-player squad for the matches with Sweden and Republic of Ireland.

Keating is yet to make her senior debut for England having received her first call-up to Sarina Wiegman’s squad in October 2023.

She has been fine form for Gareth Taylor‘s title-chasing City side in this year’s Barclays Women’s Super League, playing all 18 games so far.
