Experience the final Battle of the Bands of the season when City face West Ham at the Joie Stadium.

Kick-off is set for 14:15 (UK) on Sunday 21 April as City look to maintain our push for the Barclays Women’s Super League title with a record 13th-successive win.

Our Battle of the Bands competition, which sees four local artists perform at one of our WSL home fixtures across the season, provides the perfect entertainment before the action on the pitch gets under way, and at half-time!

The winner, voted for by you, the fans, will receive five days worth of studio time at Blue Print Studios.

Following sets by Queen Cult, The Publics and Stone Mile, our final live performance will see Lissy Taylor take to our brand new stage area above the players tunnel for a pre-match and half-time show.

Make sure you have your smart phones at the ready during the break as you, the fans, will be scoring the band out of 100. Just head over to mancity.com/botb.

Who is Lissy TAYLOR?

Originally from Stoke with influences from living in the United States of America and Manchester, Lissy Taylor continues her journey into indie-rock and has gained air time on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, Absolute Radio & Radio X.

While doing a songwriting degree at BIMM Manchester, Lissy formed her band in 2018.

She became immersed in the Manchester music scene from that moment on, where she has cemented her place as one of the most-exciting up-and-comers!
