The winger’s assist for Bunny Shaw made her just the seventh player in WSL history to reach the milestone, with further goals from Jade Rose, Mary Fowler and a late own goal maintaining our perfect start to the season.
City came out of the blocks firing in the first half, with Jade Rose and Mary Fowler giving us a two-goal cushion, but Amalie Vansgaard halved the deficit just before the break.
However, the second half went almost the exact same way for City as we added a further two goals.
These ones did come a bit deeper into the game from Shaw and Hemp.
The latter set up the former for our third, with the Jamaican dinking into the far corner, before the winger’s effort deflected off Mathilde Harviken to make it four.
