Follow all of the action from City’s Champions League semi-final trip to Real Madrid on our official app…

Pep Guardiola’s team will travel to the Bernabeu on Tuesday 9 May, with kick-off scheduled for 20:00 (UK).

City will be looking to take a step towards the Champions League final with a positive result in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final against the holders Real Madrid.

City head into the Champions League match-up in fine form, with their 2-1 win over Leeds on Saturday afternoon extending our unbeaten run in all competitions to 20.

A first half carbon copy brace for captain Ilkay Gundogan extended our lead at the top of the Premier League table.

A late goal by Leeds’ Rodrigo Moreno gave Sam Allardyce’s team a glimmer of opportunity to steal a point but City dug deep to deny Leeds any further opportunities in front of goal.

Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid head into the European match with a less consistent run of form, having won two of their last four league games since their Champions League quarter-final win over Chelsea.

They did, however, overcome Osasuna in their most recent match as they look to end the season in a more positive manner. Ancelotti’s side beat the north Spanish side 2-1 in the final of the Copa del Rey, with a brace from Rodrygo seeing them over the line.

You can follow it all on the app with live updates starting at 18:00 (UK) on our Matchday Centre and that will carry on until the game’s completion. It will also provide you with all the post-match reaction.
