And Nunes says we should forget about looking at the table and focus on giving everything in training and over 90 minutes on matchday.
“If you look at the table, you know we aren’t in the best position,” the Portugal international said. “Of course, I think at this moment it is difficult when you look and see that the gap to the top.
“But as the manager said, we have to keep going and we have to find a solution and a way to bounce back.
“The only way to do that is to work hard every day to try and be even better, more aggressive and have new ideas.
“We just need to face the next match as if it is the last one in our lives and keep looking at the next game as if it is the only game that matters. I think that is the best way to go and I think we are going to do it.”

Newly-promoted Luton may be in the relegation zone but have already shown their fighting spirit by taking a point from Liverpool earlier in the season, and were only beaten by an injury time winner by Arsenal in midweek.
Nunes has been impressed with their quality and says they will be given the respect they deserve ahead of the game at a noisy Kenilworth Road.
“In terms of the atmosphere at the stadium, every stadium we go to is always amazing, especially here in the Premier League,” he added.
“Every stadium that I played in when I was with Wolves and now City, they are all amazing. In terms of atmosphere, I don’t think it will make much difference for us because we are just focused on the game.
“Luton as a team are very physical and very strong on the ball, but they also have very good players.
“I saw their game against Arsenal and they have some great players. We are going to face them like any opponent and like we always do in every game. We will respect them and know how tough it is going to be.”
