City's Champions League group stage opponents have been confirmed following the draw in Monaco on Thursday afternoon.

Pep Guardiola‘s men will defend the title we secured for the first time with a 1-0 win over Inter last June, looking to first successfully navigate Group G.

City will face RB Leipzig, Red Star Belgrade and Young Boys as we begin a journey that will end with the final at Wembley on 1 June next year.

Fixture dates will be released in due course.

Of our three group opponents, City have only played RB Leipzig before, with the Blues never having met Red Star Belgrade or Young Boys before competitively before.

This will be the third season in a row we have faced RB Leipzig.

In 2021/22, City beat the Bundesliga side 6-3 at the Etihad before losing the return 2-1 in Germany having already qualified for the knockout stages.

Last season, the Blues were held 1-1 in Leipzig, before Erling Haaland bagged five in the return at the Etihad as City won 7-0.

The potential dates for our fixtures are:

Matchday 1: 19–20 September

Matchday 2: 3–4 October

Matchday 3: 24–25 October

Matchday 4: 7–8 November

Matchday 5: 28–29 November

Matchday 6: 12–13 December
