Jeremy Doku will wear the No.11 shirt for Manchester City.

Doku has joined Pep Guardiola’s squad on a five-year-deal today after signing from French Ligue One side Stade Rennais.

The number 11 shirt was vacant at City last term but was worn for the preceding three seasons by Oleksandr Zinchenko prior to his departure to Arsenal in the summer of 2022.

Prior to that it had been worn with distinction by Serbian defender Aleksandar Kolarov for three years between 2014 and 2017.

The 21-year-old also originally wore the number 11 jersey at Stade Rennais having taken custody of the number after his move there from Anderlecht in 2020 before he switched to the number 10 shirt last winter.

Doku wears the number 25 jersey when on international duty with Belgium.

He has become City’s third signing of the summer transfer window, following the captures of Mateo Kovacic and Josko Gvardiol who made the move to the Club earlier this transfer window.
