Rayan Cherki scored the second goal of the game for France as they beat Belgium 4-1 in their latest Nations League outing on Monday.

Our technical attacking midfielder saw Les Bleu’s on their way to victory as he netted on the 81st minute to turn the tide for Zinedine Zidan’s side.

Dodi Lukebakio scored Belgium’s opening goal before Desire Doue eventually levelled.

Cherki put his national side ahead after coming on as a substitute on the hour mark, while Olise scored two late goals to seal the proceedings and see France top Group A1 with 10 points from four games.

In Bologna, Gianluigi Donnarumma’s Italy beat Turkey 3-1 as their UEFA Nations League campaign continues.

Gianluca Scamacca broke the deadlock inside the first-half and it would take until 61 minutes for Aral Simsir to tap home an equaliser.

Riccardo Calafiori then headed in to regain the lead for Roberto Mancini’s side while Sebastiano Esposito rounded off the evening with the third and final goal of the night.

They now sit second in Group A1, just three points behind Les Bleus.

Elsewhere, Dante Headley, Kaden Braithwaite, Harrison Miles and Ryan McAidoo all featured for the Young Lions as the Under-19s side fell to a 1-0 defeat against Belgium.
