Discover who the Scout has backed for Fantasy Premier League success ahead of City's double gameweek.

Pep Guardiola‘s men welcome Chelsea to the Etihad Stadium on Sunday 21 May, with kick-off at 16:00 (UK), before a trip to the south coast to face Brighton on Wednesday 24 May.

However, City know that the Premier League title could be wrapped up before our 20:00 (UK) showdown with the Seagulls, should we claim all three points against Frank Lampard’s side at the weekend.

An Arsenal defeat to Nottingham Forest in Saturday’s evening kick-off would also be enough to seal a fourth league crown in five seasons.

However, extending our incredible 11-match winning run in the Premier League is far from guaranteed.

With the fixtures coming thick and fast, FPL managers have been left with plenty of selection dilemmas ahead of Saturday’s 11:00 deadline.

Thankfully, the Scout is on hand to offer their expert advice.

CITY STAR

Riyad Mahrez (£7.4m) and Julian Alvarez (£6.1m) could both prove major differentials in Double Gameweek 37 of Fantasy Premier League.

The pair have enjoyed improved pitch time in domestic matches recently as a result of Manchester City’s quest for the treble.

Indeed, along with Erling Haaland (£12.4m), they are the only players to have started each of their side’s last four league matches.

With an FA Cup final and UEFA Champions League final also to follow, Mahrez and Alvarez could start both Man City’s Double Gameweek 37 clashes with Chelsea and Brighton & Hove Albion if Pep Guardiola continues to rotate his regulars.

Mahrez has five assists and 27 points in his last four matches and has created 12 chances, more than twice the total of any team-mate.

Meanwhile, Alvarez’s seven shots and five shots on target both placed second only to Haaland in that period.

Ones to watch

Chelsea’s Raheem Sterling (£9.7m) and Brighton’s Kaoru Mitoma (£5.7m) will pose a big threat to the league leaders.

Sterling has two goals and an assist in his last two outings, while Mitoma has averaged a team-high 6.5 points per home match in his debut Fantasy campaign.

Sterling’s ownership of a mere 3.6% makes him a big differential for Double Gameweek 37, with the Blues also facing Manchester United.

Differentials

Mitoma’s team-mate Julio Enciso (£4.6m), meanwhile, can be found in a mere 2% of squads. He has two goals and two assists in his last seven outings and also hosts relegated Southampton.
