Manchester City’s loan stars have been in action again this weekend, with some particularly catching the eye.

Olivier Ntcham came off the bench to score a last minute equaliser in Genoa’s 1-1 home draw with Bologna. The French midfielder squared up his opponent just outside the area and curled an effort inside the far post.

Elsewhere in Italy, Joe Hart’s Torino face Fiorentina in Serie A tonight.

Over in the Netherlands, Enes Unal scored FC Twente’s equaliser in 1-1 draw at ADO Den Haag as Bersant Celina played 90 minutes and Yaw Yeboah came on midway through the second half.

Controlling the ball on the edge of the box, Turkish youngster Unal found the corner for his 11th strike of the Eredivisie season.

Oleksandr Zinchenko was not involved in PSV’s 2-1 loss to title rival Feyenoord.

Manu Garcia, Brandon Barker, Ash Smith-Brown and James Horsfield all started for NAC Breda while Thomas Agyepong came off the bench in their 1-0 win against play-off competitors Volendam.

Now to Spain where Samir Nasri continued in his pivotal central midfield role for title chasing Sevilla during their 2-1 win over local rivals Real Betis.

Pablo Maffeo played the full match as Girona furthered their promotion bid with a 2-0 defeat of Mirandes. Meanwhile, Angelino started for Mallorca in their 4-1 loss to fellow islanders Tenerife.

Aaron Mooy was once again a driving force for City’s FA Cup opponents Huddersfield as they were held to a draw by Barnsley. Mooy’s corner was perfect for Michael Hefele to head home and put the Terriers in the lead.

David Faupala started for League One’s relegation threatened Chesterfield in their 4-0 home defeat to Oxford United.

Finally, Billy O’Brien’s St Mirren continued their recent improvement in form with a 2-0 win at relegation battlers Ayr United.

That’s all for this week’s loan watch but we’ll have regular updates on the progress of the players on mancity.com!
