Divine Mukasa has joined Championship outfit West Ham United on loan for the 2026/27 season.

The 18-year-old will link-up with his former club in what will be his second loan spell since his move from the Irons to Manchester September 2023.

A hard-working, clinical and versatile attacking midfielder, Mukasa looked instantly comfortable in City’s system as he totalled eight goal involvements in 21 games for the Under-18s and helped us lift the FA Youth Cup in 2024.

In 2024/25, Mukasa lit up the Under-18 Premier League North, aiding in our title win with a staggering 42 goal involvements in 41 games.

2025/26 was a busy campaign for the young Blue. The term began with positive performances for the EDS before his senior debut against Huddersfield in City’s 2-0 Carabao Cup win, with Mukasa assisting the opening goal.

Mukasa went on to make a further five appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side before he joined Championship side Leicester City on loan in January.

The England youth international gained more valuable senior experience in his 15 league appearances for the Foxes before putting pen to paper on a new contract at City to complete the campaign.

Now, he’ll be looking to continue his development with the Hammers for 2026/27.

Everyone at the Club would like to wish Divine the best of luck throughout the season.Â
