Lauris Coggin and our young blues welcome Sunderland to the City Football Academy on Saturday 12 September, with kick-off set for 12:00 (UK). 

The squad will be looking for a more tame outing this weekend following our 8-5 victory at Stoke seven days prior. 

Sunderland, on the other hand, have just one game under their belt in the new campaign which saw them draw 2-2 with Burnley, meaning the Black Cats will be hungry to win their first win of 2026/27. 

If last season’s clash on home soil with Sunderland is anything to go by, a 4-1 win to help City en route to lifting the Under-18 Premier League North title, another exciting match-up awaits this weekend.
