Enzo Maresca’s side fly out on Tuesday for a three-match tour of East Asia, starting with a game against Inter at Hong Kong’s state-of-the-art Kai Tak Stadium at 12:30 (UK) on Saturday 1 August.

They’re just one branch in a network of 400 all over the world, coming together to watch City games and share their love of the Club.
Aries, the Chairman of the Hong Kong branch, last saw us play live on our 2019 visit – running out 6-1 winners over local side Kitchee.
He’s excited to see City back in his homeland and in particular, the presence of one player.
“I am absolutely thrilled! I have been waiting for seven years for City to return to Hong Kong,” he said.
“As a massive Phil Foden fan, I have collected his jerseys from his debut in 2017 all the way to the present day, including both Manchester City and England national team shirts.
“I hope I will have a chance to meet him and review his career so far with my collection. It will be incredibly exciting to meet him here in Hong Kong again.
“More importantly, I cannot wait to see Manchester City play against Inter Milan once more at the brand-new Kai Tak Stadium, reliving the thrill of our Champions League final victory!”

Aries himself says he was first drawn to City by one of the most iconic days in our history.
“It was definitely the legendary 93:20 moment!” he said.
“On the final day of the 2012 Premier League season, Sergio Agüero scored that unforgettable winning goal in the final seconds of stoppage time, securing a miraculous title win for City.
“No matter how many times I watch it, that moment still gives me goosebumps. It was that exact second that made me fall deeply and completely in love with this club.”
Aries also says the community built around the Official Supporters Club has transformed how they watch City matches during the regular season.
“On matchdays, we always gather to watch the games at Trafalgar, a British pub located in Wan Chai,” he said.
“Whenever City plays, the pub transforms into a sea of blue. Before kick-off, everyone grabs a drink, chats about the latest tactics, and discusses player forms.
“Once the match begins, we sing City’s anthems and chants together. The atmosphere is absolutely electric—it feels just like being in the stands at the Etihad Stadium!”
Not only has the OSC made watching City more fun, Aries says it’s had a huge impact on them personally.
“Becoming a City fan and joining the OSC has made me a much more outgoing person. I have met so many like-minded friends through the supporters club,” he said.
“Today, our friendship goes way beyond just watching football together. Even on non-matchdays, we often hang out, catch up, and share meals. They have become close friends who support each other in everyday life.”
