To celebrate ‘The Greatest Season of All’, Manchester City’s charity, City in the Community (CITC), tasked six Premier League Primary School participants from partner school, South Failsworth, to find missing festive jigsaw pieces around the City Football Academy.

Little did they know there was a surprise waiting for them at the end of the jigsaw hunt with City duo Esme Morgan and Kerstin Casparij waiting to help and greet them!

CITC’s Premier League Primary Stars (PLPS) programme is delivered at five to 11-year-olds across Greater Manchester, with the aim of upskilling teachers around delivering PE and school sport.

Sitting under the charity’s ‘Healthy People’ pillar, CITC PLPS coaches work with pupils to help enhance their physical and social development.

If you would like to support CITC and its work, you can this Christmas through Manchester City’s ‘The Greatest Season of All’ campaign.

For every purchase a fan makes for a range of selected Christmas retail clothing items, available online and in the City Store, the Club will donate £5 to its charity, City in the Community.

Fans can also make additional donations at the tills in the stadium store, when checking out during their purchase journey for match tickets and via www.mancity.com/CITC.

City in the Community empowers healthier lives with city youth through football.
