Located within Medlock Square at the Etihad Campus, the Museum Experience tells the story of our football club. Spanning more than 1,700 square metres across ten interactive spaces, the Museum Experience has been developed in collaboration with internationally renowned museum designers Ralph Appelbaum Associates (RAA), the creative team behind some of the world’s most celebrated cultural attractions.

Combining immersive storytelling, media and original artefacts, the experience brings Manchester City’s history to life in a way never seen before.

Visitors will be able to step back into recreated Club landmarks, relive iconic moments and get closer than ever to the people, achievements and defining events that shaped City’s rise. From the memories of Maine Road and the famous Mosaic, to 93:20, the Treble-winning season and the Club’s historic Four in a Row, supporters can explore the moments that have defined generations of Blues.

Fans can also see all major men’s and women’s trophies together in one place, enjoy hands-on interactive experiences and test their skills in the City x PUMA Arena.

And it has now been confirmed that the Museum Experience will open with a temporary exhibition celebrating ten years of Pep Guardiola, the Club’s most successful manager, during a decade that transformed Manchester City on and off the pitch.

But Manchester City’s story is also about more than players, managers and trophies. The Museum Experience therefore shines a light on the unique character of the Club’s fanbase, whose loyalty, humour and enduring belief have helped shape City’s identity across generations.

Jeremy Maxton, Director of Visitor Attractions at Manchester City Football Club, said:

“The Museum Experience gives supporters the opportunity to relive the moments that have defined Manchester City in a truly unique way. Visitors will be immersed in meticulously recreated environments from across the Club’s history, uncovering stories, artefacts and memories around every corner.

While fans will have the chance to revisit the moments they know and love, the experience goes far beyond the highlights, revealing hidden details, untold stories and fresh perspectives that even the most dedicated City supporters may never have encountered before.

We can’t wait for fans of all generations to experience this celebration of the heart and soul of our Club when it opens later this year.”

The Museum Experience forms part of the wider Medlock Square development and will operate year-round following its opening. Complementing the Club’s existing Stadium Tour, currently ranked among the UK’s top visitor attractions on TripAdvisor, it will provide supporters with a new way to connect with Manchester City’s story beyond matchday.

Tickets are on sale now for dates from 14 December onwards, with supporters encouraged to book early and secure their place among the first to experience Manchester City’s story brought to life.

Season Ticket Members benefit from a 20% discount on tickets, while Official Members get 10%.
