Tyrone Samba says the team just clicked and showed impressive togetherness throughout our 4-0 Premier League 2 win over Wolves.

Samba scored City’s second goal of the night after Kylan Midwood gave the Blues an early lead from close range.

Tyrone’s brother, Floyd, added his name to the scoresheet from the penalty spot just before the break.

And Xavier Parker topped off the night with a fourth and final goal and City looked calm and composed on home soil.

And Samba was quick to attribute the clinical performance to the team’s togetherness.

“The togetherness was just there,” said Samba.

“And we could just pop it around for the whole entire 90 minutes and create a lot of chances. So just really proud of the team.

“I just have momentum from last season. I know what I’m capable of so I just push myself everyday and have the mindset of knowing what I can do.

“I’m super excited [to be part of this team]. It’s also great for me and improve together.”
