Goals from Jacob Wright, Matty Henderson-Hall and Alfie Harrison – all in the first half – ensured three points for Ben Wilkinson’s young side.
Wright produced a wonderful free-kick to open the scoring on eight minutes as City started brightly.
Henderson-Hall finished expertly on 26 minutes as we doubled the advantage before Harrison made it three with a strong volley on 33 minutes.

City had chances to put an even more favourable gloss on proceedings – including two penalty shouts – as the game played out but Wilkinson’s charges were more than happy to settle for a comfortable 3-0 win as we moved up to third in the Premier League Under-18 North table.
