Bernardo Silva’s illustrious City career is the focus of this new City Studios documentary which has been released today.

Titled ‘Relentless’ – a term that perfectly typifies the midfielder’s attitude and approach on the football field – it will delve into his time in Manchester where he has created a lasting legacy as well as his upbringing and path to the Blues via Benfica and Monaco.

Our former captain joined City in 2017 and went on to make 460 appearances, scoring 76 goals, during a glorious nine-year stay at the Etihad before moving on this summer.

The 31-year-old’s contribution to our greatest sustained period of success is incalculable having won 20 major trophies, including six Premier League titles, one UEFA Champions League, three FA Cup triumphs, five Carabao Cup successes, three Community Shields, a FIFA Club World Cup and a UEFA Super Cup winner’s medal.

We look back at this superb spell in Manchester as well as his upbringing and what makes him tick as his peers also wax lyrical about him.
