The WSL champions have been back at the City Football Academy for almost three weeks, working hard with our pre-season preparations.
But, on Saturday evening, the team got our first match minutes as we continue to work towards the start of the campaign and our title defence.
We travelled to Fiorentina in our first of two pre-season friendlies within a week, with the second on Saturday 15 August in which we welcome Barcelona to the Joie Stadium, with tickets still available here.
Whilst winning a pre-season fixture isn’t the only objective, Jeglertz’s players got an important set of minutes that the team will learn a lot from.
